| Dear Members and Friends, HAPPY NEW YEAR! We’re looking forward to a year of great courses, events, programs, and America250 celebrations. Let’s start 2026 together. English Courses – WINTERRegistration is open for the Winter Session. Classes begin on January 7th. Start the year by improving your English or taking it to the next level. Renovations During the winter break our office was closed, but our doors were open. We began restoring some of our 100+ year-old doors. It’s a labor of love and a work in progress. Come take a look. |

While our loaf is in the oven, we’ll enjoy a cup of coffee and great English conversation. Are you a baker? Join us and bring a recipe. We are also looking for a volunteer group leader. |

Special Initiatives Global Media Makers –A group of talented young filmmakers will participate in a weeklong residency in Trieste in mid-January. Workshop for Media Makers – By invitation only – January 20 – More information coming soon. American Citizens Election ready: Go to fvap.gov to register for your 2026 ballots. Midterm and other important elections are coming up this year. Travel ready: Check your U.S. passport expiration date and renew early. Corsi di Inglese – INVERNO Sono aperte le iscrizioni alla Sessione Invernale. Le lezioni iniziano il 7 gennaio. Inizia l’anno migliorando il tuo inglese o portandolo a un livello superiore. Ristrutturazioni Durante la pausa invernale il nostro ufficio è rimasto chiuso, ma le nostre porte erano aperte. Abbiamo iniziato il restauro di alcune delle nostre porte, vecchie di oltre 100 anni. È un lavoro fatto con passione e ancora in corso. Vieni a dare un’occhiata.
